Shipping Policy
Renegade offers flat-rate shipping in the lower 48 states. If your order is for accessories only, it will be shipped using ground service; keep an eye out for a shipment tracking number via email, indicating your order has been processed.
When ordering your truck bed cover, we recommend drop gate shipping. This ensures it is delivered on a truck that uses a lift gate. Since the tonneau cover weighs over 100 pounds, the lift gate is utilized for both customer and freighter safety. If the product is being shipped to a location that has a shipping dock, forklift, or another method of unloading, then the drop gate shipping is not necessary. For no cost on shipping the customer can pick up their cover from Renegade headquarters near Salt Lake City, Utah.
Once a cover is boxed, we will order a truck for pick up and provide the freight company with your phone number and email address. They will reach out to you directly to schedule delivery, typically about 24 hours in advance of when it will arrive. At that point, you can work together to determine a date/time that works for you.
After it is shipped, we estimate your order will arrive between 3 – 5 business days. Upon delivery, you will sign to confirm receipt and condition of the package. We do everything we can to protect our packaging, but in the event there is any damage or missing items, mark it on this paper before signing OR decline delivery; in either event, please notify Renegade within 72 hours so we can make arrangements to repair or replace damaged.
